Blueseas Yacht Delivery

We offer a professional reliable delivery, relocation and new vessel commissioning service for yachts, motor vessels, fishing vessels and trawlers up to 200 tonnes.

Every vessel delivery is unique in almost every aspect. Therefore we deal with each delivery on an individual basis and maintain a flexible approach based on each customer’s requirements. We aim to move your vessel as fast and as safely as possible and at a minimum expense to its destination. During the delivery we endeavor to take the greatest possible care of your vessel and you can be assured that your vessel will be handled with care and experience in every situation from up close maneuvering in harbours and marinas to heavy weather sailing. We operate on a principle of ‘minimum impact’ on your vessel and will do a full clean down upon arrival at the destination.  

As the vessels owner it is up to you whether you would like to participate in the journey and whether you wish to act as crew or a passenger. If you prefer not to accompany us on the delivery, you will be kept continually informed on your vessels progress. Normally a delivery will require a skipper and one crew. Longer deliveries and/or more labour intensive vessels may require an extra crew member.

Assisted passage making

Whether short handed or you would just like the comfort of having the backup of an experienced seafarer while skippering your own vessel, we are always happy to oblige.

Rates

Our standard daily rate for delivery a skipper is €165 plus expenses.

Our standard daily rate for delivery crew member is €100 plus expenses.

On longer voyages or in certain circumstances we are usually willing to negotiate a flat rate for the delivery/assisted passage.

We define expenses as travel to and from the vessel and normal daily sustenance.
